Get_Fall_Smart

OwiGo-Smart: Prüfen ob ein aktueller Fall mit dem übergebenen KFZ-Kennzeichen in der Tabelle ET-Fälle des Web-Servers vorhanden ist und die Falldaten, Bilder sowie ggf. HandyPark-Daten und sonstige Hinweise an das MDE-Gerät als XML-Struktur übertragen
